In November 2014, I was lucky enough to raft the Chiriqui Viejo River, a top river for Central America rafting from my base at Boquete. My trip to Panama was to look at what was on offer for all the outdoor activities we like to participate in and plan an adventure packed activity and sightseeing holiday to Panama.
